The organisational structure of Nautica Acqua, based in Olbia, is designed as a pyramidal system in order to have a constant relationship between the operational director and the various managers and co-ordinators of every department, so as to be able to monitor the status of the work, production, and economic processes. Furthermore, this type of structure allows us to deal with customers as a single technical and economic interlocutor, both for the economic and technical aspects and for a timely update at every stage and period of the year.
One of our most important collaborations is undoubtedly the one with Yachtalia.
Yachtalia is a company at the forefront of the maintenance and distribution of onboard technology.
After an intense experience in the Ferretti Group, in 2013, Engineer Paolo Tazzini, the company's founder, decided to create the first independent post-sales service business.
Thus, the partnerships with Naviop, Besenzoni, and Seakeeper were started.
Seakeeper is the very business in which Nautica Acqua decided to invest in order to train some of its operators to meet all the needs that arise during the maritime experience of its customers.
That is why in December, 2019, training courses were held in Lavagna, its main office in Italy. At the end of such courses, the respective certificates were issued that validate the training of our Seakeeper assistance collaborators.
Our company collaborates with the best local companies in the nautical sector to achieve an ever higher level of quality and reliability as well as to be able to respond to all customer requests. Inside our shipyard, in Olbia, there is a booth for painting yachts that operates on a constant basis, throughout every month of the year, using only high-quality paint products bought from leading companies in the sector.
